8. Process fee on Demi
9. Envelope (addressed)
10. Acknowledgement due card (addressed)
11. Summon form (filled) for registered post with A.D.
12. Copy of plaint
13. Two Summon form (filled) for service through court
14. Copy of plaint
15. Brief cover
16. Point 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 according to quantity of defendants.
17. If plaint filed without sufficient court fee, a petition under WBCF Act sec.4(2) with Court fee 10/-
